first check up the the lottery company registered legally in your country. If it is regustered, you can play. If you really wanted to know whether you will win, get your horoscope checked up whether in your star lottery winning is there or not and at what stage/ age of life. Otherewise you will loose your money.

You can get a list of winners if you want. Then, look the winners up in the phone book, and call to see if they really won.

I know someone who knows someone whose cousin's friend's friend supposedly won the lottery, so I know it can be trusted... I suppose... maybe.
