You should've said basketball draft as not everyone knows that you are impersonating a pro basketball player.
Not always the team with the worst record. The lottery pick winner.
Look on ESPN.COM they are up to date on those things.

The Raptors currently have it- but there is rumor it could be heading to Indiana in a package for Jermaine O'Neal.
There is also a good chance Toronto could trade down in which I think Portland or Minnesota could move up- but as of right now Toronto has it and I think they'll take LaMarcus Aldridge (Chris Bosh's choice)

who will get drafted first? they draft military personel, and reserve members, and then young adults out of school. then older adults, and then the oldest they can. something like that. theres a system.
