I want to know if I can wear the pants and shoes together. Will it match?

If u wish to wear them together, it won't really suit too well cos the pants look more formal whereas the shoe looks more casual.
But wat type of occasion is it for? If its for office, then its best u try another pair of shoe. Unless its to go for a party or something, then u might wanna match it with jeans....

I think they will look cute together if your blouse is white, silver, or grey or some variation that will tie in with the silver shoes.

Yes Grey is a nutral it goes with anything. And I just consider silver as a shiney grey so go for it yes.
