Yes, you are harmed. You're not falling 10 feet from the door that you just 'jumped' out of. You've been falling since you left the cliff. The only difference is that when you die, it won't be among the ruins of a demolished house.
BTW, you can't jump from the house in the first place. The house is falling and you are falling with it. Jumping requires standing. You and the house are in free-fall. You may be able to guide yourself along the walls using your hands, much like the astronauts do when in a zero-g environment. It's more likely though that you'll be screaming and soiling yourself.

Of course you are. You are falling towards the ground as fast as the house is falling. If you jumped off a cliff on a skateboard, and just before you impacted you hopped off the skateboard....... By the way, a ten foot drop by itself onto hard ground isn't pretty.

You have no chance. Physics will state you have to counter the speed at which the object is falling with an equal or greater speed or force. If you are running down a hall way as fast as you can and you want to immediately turn around you have to stop first before going the other direction. Marley slowing down will not work because you still have a forward momentum. The same goes for a elevator question. You have to counter the downward speed with one equal or greater to change direction.

yes you are killed instantly, you are moving the same speed as the house. It';s similar to the plane theory of jumping out of the plane before it hits the ground.... You cannot survive this, you are moving at the same speed as the airplane, so if its going 300 MPH, you will splat instantly.

At what height did the house start falling from? Just remember, V=(m*g)*h. If the house isn't that high, then it is possible to survive. If the house is past a certain altitude, then your chances of survival diminish.

yes you are harmed.
When you jump out of the house..
your velocity=velocity of the house(when you jumped out) attained by gravity.
and anyways..if you fall from 10 feet..you are going to be harmed

It depends on whether or not you're prepared for the second death. Either way you're going to see the first one.
