well I'm a 21 year old female and I haven't had sex yet,now don't get me wrong I have had plenty of opportunity to have given up my virginity just felt like it wasn't right.Now I have a boyfriend that I think the time is right and I want him to be my first but I want it to be "right",and I just need some advice on how to make my first time enjoyable for him and me.I also would like to know,is the first time as painful as people say!!!

It's only painful when your not comfortable and relaxed. Wow, that's something so special, and there's no going back. Make your first time feel like your honey-moon. Try having some wine first. This helps your mucus flow down there. Make sure it happens on a bed of roses.

stop trying so hard-you will let your expectations get to high and let yourself down with the reality. It doesnt hurt really bad..just a stretching,cramping feeling that goes away...if hes gentle you should be fine.good luck- I commend you for keeping it till a age where you respect yourself
