I have INR 20,000.00 for my feature set, I want all the multimedia, basic, bluetooth, IRDA, and all goodies. which do you recommend and please tell me the set in particular.

go for nokia 3250 or nokia n70.Both of them is priced below 20,000.Both the sets are good.you can add additional softwares for these fones.for sonyericsson ,motorola,samung doesnt support additional softwares.
3250 comes with 512mb memory card.For n70 you to buy memory card extra.

Nokia 3250 is around 17,000 INR rite now, and it comes with a 512 MB memory card , it has expandable memory and is a great multimedia phone . It has all the features you require.
IF you can go a bit up on your Budget go in for a O2 Atom, Awesome PDA phone with all the goodies you can imagine.

I love my Nokia. Lots of features and loads of space 4 memory.
