It started long time ago. Maybe the 70's not sure. It just a thing, usually to get the Band to play more. Kinda like; "We going to burn down the house tonight and Party"!

It has been going on a long time and the reason for it is still a mystery. I guess it is supposed to mimic candles outside. But I dont know.
