depends on what terrain you are riding on, I'd say put it at 14 psi, never go higher than 16 and for sand, drop it to 6-ish

tyre pressure on sidewall is max pressure for max load, you probably will never need to use it. look in handbook and there may be a sticker on swing arm. Otherwise, use low pressures as previously stated. For hard ground/rocks use slightly higher pressures.

If you look on your tire, it should tell you what the pressure should be..
