My data link is down since this afternoon. I think there is some cable problem. I informed customer service...still not rectified...anyone else facing the same problem?

It happened to me few times b4...Then i wrote a long mail to tata indicom, asking them to quit this job, leave way to some professionals,and dont spoil India,etc.,within 24hours, i got around 12calls from concerned persons,and for the last 3 months, i dont have a small problem in my connection...
sometimes this works even with the long waiting phone call, u make to the customer support...
wait for 24hours...Then just throw hell on them,,,they need it

i am not from chennai but i dont think u'll have many answers
there must be some problems in the cable because of rains or something otherwise call the tata indicom people and eat their head otherwise they wont get ur work done
ask your frnds around if their's is working or not

Hold on to your complaint number and keep phoning customer care to get updates on what is happening.

Looks like a server problem. They should be back up and running by 24.00
