I use playtex but the things is that is best to get the ones that comes with different sizes like from heavy to light and at night try to wear pads... is to reduce that toxic shock sindrome. and if you just started your period go to the doctor and depends on your age tell the doctor you rather use tampons,.and they will explain everything about it.... if you just started your period then you problably dont know about the toxic shock sindrome is a rare but sometimes fatal disease associated with tampons use is treatable but you have to know the facts and symptoms wich includes vomiting, diareah, sunburn like rash, dizziness, muscle aches, fainting or near fainting when standing. This is why is better for you to go to the doctor and get all the information you need they will educated you and tell you how you can lower this risks,.is all in the box but its better if you get all the facts from your doctor ok honey..good luck.

TAMPONS! Pads suck in view so which you may take a seat there in blood at day. i began using tampons at 12 years previous. no longer something is incorrect with using tampons to your first era, its the age ingredient some people think of 11 year olds do no longer must be sticking issues up their vag. Tampons do harm somewhat on the commencing up yet you get used to it.

Tampons. With tampons you won't even feel as if you are having your period. You can also go swimming, dancing and anything with tampons. Pads will make you feel uncomfortable, and you can't go swimming and you constantly have to worry if u r leaking. Try tampons, all you have to do is find the one that works and you feel comfortable with. Try OB or Playtex.

Definitely tampons, you can't even feel them! Pads feel like you are wearing a diaper and with tampons you can still go swimming and do everything you normally do!

I used to be in copenhagen. At that time the girls did not use tampons. They used cotton balls. There are several tempon type products that make tons of money for their producers. Cheaper cotton bals would do the work as well.
Of course I'm not a woman. What dd I know>
