What can I do in Device Manager if I wanna uninstall the graphics card (which section should I go?) as 1/3 of the monitor goes white. There's nothing wrong with the monitor but the graphics card itself.

To uninstall the graphic DRIVERS, you use the Device manager. Start > Settings > Control Panel > System Icon > Hardware Tab > Device Manager
Look for the Display Adapter section on the click the little + in front to expand the list. Your video card should be listed there. Right click and do an uninstall.
You have removed the video card drivers.
Reboot and the drivers will be reinstalled.

If that does not resove the issue, then you are looking at a hardware issue with the video card. I am assuming that since this is listed in the "laptop" catagory that this is a laptop we are talking about. In that case, the video card is most likely build into you system board and you will be unable to remove or replace it without damaging the entire computer. You will need professional assistance to repair it. It is not something you will be able to do yourself.

If it is the monitor of the laptop, and not an external monitor, that is going white, then is is most likely an issue within the LCD display itself. It is not getting power to the third of screen that goes white. See this all the time. If that is the case, you are looking at a $200-$300 bill for the new display (plus any labor cost). Depnding on the age of the unit, it may not be worth putting the money into it.

look for the display adapters, right click on the graphics card and then go to properties and click on "uninstall Driver", to remove the no longer needed files.

then you can just open the computer and replace the graphics card for another one and reboot.
