alright i got workout station in basement but just cant get myself to go down their for a hour and lift weights the reasons i work out are

75% for girls
20% stronger then other guys
5% to be healthy

what you guys recommened

My answer is that (from my own experience of the same), YOU SOMETIMES MUST MAKE YOURSELF DO IT THE FIRST FEW TIMES... Usually after that, you should have yourself going with a routine.
If I could make a suggestion also; On something such as this- improving anything about yourself & your body. YOU SHOULD DO IT FOR "YOU" AS THE #1 REASON. Then when you are doing it for you, all else will come, the girls, being stronger than some other guys & such.

play music or watch tv while working out and it won't be sooooo boring. Set goals and measure your progress.
