definently not. If they are concerned about the cost of US prison being too expensive, then that is their own fault and they shouldnt be dumping USA criminals in Mexican prisons!!! thats retarded! If the USA prison gets too full they should just stop arresting people, and then everyone will kill eachother and we won't have the problem of not having enough room. :)

Why must Mexico help America with their problems.... Bush just clamped down on border controles between Mexixo and U.S.....
I am sure the Americans can sort out there own problems.. seeing that they are quick to sort out other countries problems....
