Well, men are standing when they pee and women sit/squat. Now what happen when men wearing skirt... it's just a hassle to pull up those skirts... it's not practical isn't it? But women can just sit with the skirts to pee and it's practical.

Ok first for some facts. Men started to wear pants when "skirts" became less than practical. Men were wearing skirt, dress, or robe like clothes for centuries. only recently has that stigma changed.
Next a kilt is not a skirt, don't tell a scottish man that he looks good in his skirt - they are kilts.
But if a man wants to wear a skirt they whould be allowed to. Women are allowed to wear pants, which 50 yrs ago was unheard of.
Now if you want to talk practicallity. then men should wear skirts - they do have extra anatomy in that area, while women don't. Pants are constricting and on hot days kilts or skirts are much cooler.
Now I'm not saying that everyone should weare skirts, not everyone would look good in one, men or women. everyone looks good in different things. Clothes are only set for a certain gender because of society, not law. Now if people would just open thier minds.
Also the bathroom thing has nothing to do with it. in a skirt or kilt you don't have to worry about getting yourself caught in a zipper - just think about it.

In Ireland/Scotland it is very fashinable for men to wear Kilts/Skirts. Look at Gerard Butler he has pictures on ask.com and he is wearing a Kilt. I think it makes him and any other men look quite nice. But that may be because I am almost full blood Irish and I can't help my self.
