Employees that are hired as temps are not eligible for the same benefits as full-time. eg medical, pension. You also can pay temps a lesser wage. Hiring a temp also gives you an easy out if you don't like the way that they work. You can dismiss them with out the hassles.

If you hire employees threw a temp service, they cover all costs associated with the employee and some times include medical and pensions, but the cost to you is usually 2 times higher than if you hired them yourself.

Ultimately the final decisions is up to you, but the company that I work for hires everyone as a temp. If they like the work ethics of the people that they hire as a temp, they will hire them on as full time employees.

well that depends on the hourly wage or if you are paying the salaery and it also depends on the task at hand for the employee. It would be more suitible to hire a full time person than a part time person because then when you need that person they will bne there and ready waiting for there next job at hand.

Typically employers don't have to offer part-time employees any kind of benefits (health, life, 401k, etc.), which can save the employer a lot of money depending on how many part-time vs. full-time employees s/he has.

i'm no longer optimistic if that's meant to be intense or no longer. only in case it really is - gays and lesbians have little ones for all time - they undertake or use option techniques of conceiving. it is a very adverse way of attempting to save money. Plus, what would you do - ask them their sexual orientation in the interview? (you won't be able to attempt this.) it really is extra in all probability you would finally end up dropping a lot extra money in a discrimination healthful. i'm only hoping this question become meant to be a comic book tale.

The temp should be cheaper because they don't get benifits from you or their agency. You do have to pay the agency a premium though. I don't know specific dollar terms.
