There actually isn't a great demand for shorthand anymore, so it may not be easy to find a way to learn it. It is no longer considered an essential part of secretarial training. There are a variety of systems of shorthand.

I doubt if anyone teaches shorthand anymore. There's simply no need for it. I took it in college (about a hundred years ago!), and I have never used it! I also learned speed writing in high school. Another skill that I never used!
With all of the chat room lingo and the failure to complete words or sentences, I think that this generation has pretty much invented its own form of shorthand. It's annoying, but it seems to work for them.
Just a final tip: use the "check spelling" feature next time before you submit your question. Then you won't look so foolish! :)

short hand is not easy. to learn short hand you should join some training center.

i agreee wid vanchit. kearn to write "short hand" in normal hand first then perhaps you could try it in some secretary school or something.
