Actually, no, we haven't done it since the original six landings. The last one was Apollo 17 in 1972, and since then, we haven't sent a manned mission back to the moon.

Yes, we landed on the moon, despite what many people claim about it being a hoax. Since then, we've made several successful landings:
-- Apollo 11: July 16, 1969.
(First manned landing on the Moon, July 20.)
-- Apollo 12: November 14, 1969.
-- Apollo 14: January 31, 1971.
(The infamous Alan Shepard walks on the Moon.)
-- Apollo 15: July 26, 1971.
(First mission with the Lunar Rover vehicle.)
-- Apollo 16: April 16, 1972.
-- Apollo 17: December 7, 1972.
(Last Apollo mission.)
Yes, all the landings were done within a 2-1/2 year period. Back then, there was a LOT of excitement about actually landing on the surface. But ever since then, the level of interest has been waning, and thus NASA could not justify the tremendous cost of a lunar expedition to Congress to appropriate the necessary funds. More focus has been going into unmanned exploration and surveying, with the bulk going into more practical Earth-orbit missions.
(You'll notice that Apollo 13 is missing from the list above. If you've read the book "Lost Moon" or seen the movie "Apollo 13", then you know exactly why. ^.^)
Will we be going again in the near future? Many of us certainly hope so, and NASA's long-term roadmap does certainly indicate that the agency hopes to as well. Check out Project Constellation at http://www.nasa.gov/externalflash/constellation_front/ and information on the planned CEV (Crew Exploration Vehicle) and, more specifically, the LSAM (Lunar Surface Access Module) at http://aerospacescholars.jsc.nasa.gov/HAS/cirr/ss/2/8.cfm for further information.

We most certainly did land on the moon in July 69. I saw it on TV, but we havenèt tried again in over 30 years now.

technology can instruct out the undeniable actuality that it befell & if it wasn't real, then i assume that no different u . s . ever made it to the moon both, or into orbit, or maybe to the global area Station, yet i will guess their scientists can instruct it too. it will be somewhat unhappy & disrespectful to create a hoax out of something like this at the same time as such assorted good men & women persons gave their lives in route of the progression of the human race as an finished. Apollo I - RIP Gus Grissom Edward White Roger Chaffee Their flight by no skill made it off the launch pad. They were burned to lack of existence in a fireplace & those are only 3 of the persons. Many have died in pursuit of the progression of technology & technologies, and persons from many countries. we are the position we are at present because of their sacrifices & labor of those who lived. I do submit to in innovations it. i become 8 years previous & in college. Walter Cronkite become broadcasting on the television that the instructor delivered in & all of us watched this historic experience raptly. It become astonishing & no longer something that i will ever ignore, nor will I ignore going to Cape Canaveral for yet another launch with my grandparents so lets witness it in individual. only to computer screen them become even extra astounding & that they had come from an era of horse & buggy, then vehicles, trains, planes, and ultimately what delighted them previous mind's eye. area flight.

yes we have landed on the moon. you must have a very shallow intelligence to not care what happened then. this was a major leap in our knowledge of outer space exploration, and you don't care?
and by the way juicy, we HAVE spent BILLIONS of dollars in cancer vaccines or cures, but still none. It's not just a "big rock".

If you believe that we didn't land on the moon, then you are easily persuaded by coincidental evidence. 12 men have walked on the moon, and pictures from private telescopes prove it.

Hmmm well... if you don't know history then you repeat it. If you dont learn from the mistakes of the past and all. If we had learned anything from the Crusades, the Barbary Corsairs, Vietnam... any of it... we would have realized that this war in Iraq wouldn't have been so easy.
