Duomo. If you've ever been to Italy, you'd remember seeing hundreds of domed buildings, churches, etc., some of them gilded, some not. The building attached to the main (largest) duomo in each city was referred to as "Duomo" instead of "Duomo al (name of building)" because it was the biggest. Anyone who understood Italy and knew good Italian food would appreciate the subtle-but-relevant restaurant name. Good luck.
