What do you do when you decide that someone is not worth being in your life and you tell them, although you still love them, and they continue to call you and interupt what you're trying to do as a person. I love him, but I have to move on and he's making it hard for me. It makes me feel good when he calls because I still have feelings for him, but I know that's only going to make me go back to where we left off at, which is not what I need. Help!! Anybody know anything to get passed him?

Love can be a very cruel thing!! But if you feel that he's not wothr being in your life, then there must be some reason. And I'm sure it wasn't a decision you made over night. If he bothers you by calling, then don't answer the phone, or get your # changed to a private # (caller id can be a lifesaver!!) Occupy your time w/friends. If he knows your every day routine, then try to change it a little. Come home from work an hr later than usual, don't visit usual restaurants on the same days. Try not to visit places where you and him went (at least for a while). Have a friend stay w/you a couple nights so you don't get lonely. It might be a little inconvenient for you for a while, but it's likely to help. Oh and too put all ot the stuff he's ever given or bought for you away (out of sight out of mind!). Goodluck to u!!

Difficult. Only time will deal with your situation. Because of your past history together you will always feel that connection, even when nothing physical is going on. But the loving feeling is nice and so you continue. Both of you knowing it can only go so far, but both not completely letting go until one leaves the area and contact becomes less often. Because of the special love you both share, you will always love him but as the months go by it becomes a different kind of love. A pure love where you have total respect for each other. Nothing to upset the relationship.

You need to quit talking to him. It's hard to move on when you still have that thread attached. You have to cut the thread completly
