Strike Rate is like percentage.
Strike Rate = Runs scored divided by balls played multiplied by 100.
Following example will make it clear.
Afridi scores 50 of 25 balls. ........................ 50 (25)
Strike Rate = 50/25 * 100 = 200
This Strike Rate is for one inning.
The overall strike rate of a player is calculated by taking into account all the runs he scored and the balls he played in all his matches.
