No now the fight is between Anna Nicole (who's knocked up- sorry, I just cant think of that trailer pig as pregnant) and whoever the son's heirs are.The son who just died, he had a will too, Im sure. Im also sure he left all those assets (including his father's) to his heirs.
Now its up to them whether they want to continue the fight or not. More than likely, they are going to approach Anna with some sort of settlement offer to make the whole thing go away.

It should help to decide the case In Anna Nicole 's favor. With all the efforts to define marriae, it would seem that the right to inherit a spouse's estate can not be denied.

Probably not because her dead husbands other relatives will probably rally together just to stop her from getting paid. She is having a baby soon so she needs some money in order to keep herself in shape.
