I usually sleep for about 6 or 7 hours. I feel a whole lot better when I have time to sleep 8 though.

First it depends on age the younger you are the longer you sleep & the older you are and less you sleep.It also depend upon the phisical condition of the person.The healthy person requires 6 to 7 hours of sleep. But mind you a quick solid nap of 5 minutes is some times enough for 5 hours work.

To feel great I would have to sleep like 8-9 hours a day, but I never do... usually 5 to 8 around...

We are all different in this respect. Some need 6 hours, others 7 hours. I need 8 hours.

from what iv learned it is best for your body if you sleep 6-8 hours a day if you sleep to much you will feel like your tired when you wake up and all thropuout the day if you dont sleep enough the same will hapen

Not very much. I sleep about 3-4 hours every day. If i get more I do worse during the day.
