I've been married for almost six years. My husband does not have a perfect body but he loves me like nobody else does or even could and he brings out the best in me!!
A great personality will last much longer than a perfect body...:)

Can you define "The Perfect Body"? Is it one with all the God given part working, or is it based on the ideal of physical perfection as defined by the media?
When you say share the most important things a man should do for his wife, are you speaking of the generalities of providing, food, shelter, clothing? Children?
Every single person's criteria for a mate differs from one person to the next, so based on the generalities you mention, when you love someone enough to become his mate, you should worry more about how you can glorify him and help him achieve his personal "perfection". It is not a "What's in it for Me" deal.

He doesn't have to have a perfect body, but he should share the important things to me, not to the point he likes everything I do, but just a couple things. He can still go out and have fun at a club with the guys... just respect me, and what I like.

NO, he does not have to have a perfect body. You should love him regardless of his appearance if you plan on marrying him. I man should love his wife, be supportive of her, have fun with her, get along with her family and friends, make her laugh, think she's the best thing that ever happened to him.

Everyone don't have a perfect body, I believe it's who you fall in love with. The must important thing a man should do for his wife is to love her and Cherise her.

I think all womens taste in men vary. Some like guys with tight bodies. I married my guy because we have the perfect mix of personalities. We have enough stuff in common that we understand eachother and relate, and enough stuff that is different that it keeps things interesting and we can learn from eachother. I didnt care about his body, he was funny and awesome, and we get along really well.

No, but I love him just the same or more. Perfection is not everything. He's loving and sweet and makes me feel like a queen.
