The message said nothing else. Is this message from Home Depot or a spoof? Has someone tried to get an account with Home Depot using my name? Has anyone else had this experience?

It is probably a phishing scam of some sort. Most likely it is just spam sent to random accounts trying to find some unknowing person to send their account information with them. if you are not sure, don't answer them and use the phone and call them directly

credit card companies will never send an email asking for information! Never give out info in emails!

It sounds like someone it phishing for information on you. I would not give them any, and forward the email onto yahoo and let them handle it.

This is very dangerous. Do not respond with any information. Report it /forward it to you Internet Service Provider.

Blocking the address may help some, but spammers us millions+ of addresses, and DO NOT respond, or even unsubscribe....this will tell the spammers that your email address is active.

Scammers fish for people's personal info by sending stuff like this. DO NOT send any personal info ever on the internet.

If you're not expecting an email from them, it's Phishing.

FAKE-SPAM-JUNK MAIL never respond to these.all they want is for you to buy lots & lots of stuf to get your card.cost more to get card than card is worth.
