I think that you should get out and go do something that you enjoy with your self or whom every you enjoy doing things with. Things could be worse. You could be waking up wondering where your next meal is coming from or wondering if you will catch a bullet in a war torn country. So you might be lonely which some people would be glad to have it nice and quiet and some might have a better definition of a crappy day that would rate your day as perfect

Alone, yes....lonely, that's a state of mind. Crappy? sorta, because I have chores to do, but I'll enjoy everything else!
