I saw the clip of Chris Angel pulling a woman apart, with her torso scrambling off and her feet staying in one spot on www.snopes.com. They said the trick is available to those who search for it on the World Wide Web, but I have yet to been able to locate it. Has anyone found the site? (Please give me a site...don't just speculate that it was two midgets or something!)

This is no speculation!! The person being pulled apart suffers a condition named Bilateral above-the-knee amputee. If you look closely, the first woman has her skirt untucked over her black dress, then just before she´s pulled apart, the green skirt appears to be tucked in and the black dress slightly over it. The trick is clear then. In other words, Chris Angel uses a look alike person for the shots before the pulling occurs, and then changes to the person with no limbs. This happens obviously with camera cuts, having us totally unaware of that. That´s how he did that trick.
(sorry for my english)

I was really hoping someone would answer this question because it has boggled my mind since I saw the clip.

It's obviously not a midget or dwarf because the arms and legs are normal size and in portion with the head.

Let me know if you find out!

it was only an amputee, with prosthetic legs, because i saw mechanical pieces moving inside the legs, and also when she ran she ran like an expert amputee, no amputee on the first day they were an amputee could run that well and fast. she had been an amputee they probably hired.
