My personal pet peeve is the vast amount of people here on this site who do not spell correctly or who do not use the correct words.

I'm venting here but the spelling errors I see every day makes me nuts. For instance, the number 4 should never be substituted for the word "for", ex. Forgive, for Mary. That applies to the number 2 also. To, too, two (2), all sound the same but mean different things and are Not interchangeable. And Plurals of words do NOT end in Z, ever. In the English language there are many words that are not spelled phonetically. In other words they are often not spelled the way they sound. How hard is it to use the "Check Spelling" button on top of every box whether you are asking a question or answering one? It’s there to make your life easier – please use it.

I know that some of you think using spelling errors makes you look unique & cool, but you are very wrong. It just makes you look young, immature and stupid. Also makes you seem uneducated & uncaring.

People who ask questions on Yahoo Answers that other people have already asked several times. Why are they so conceited to think they they are so original and/or so lazy to do a freaking search before asking the question?

Sheesh, I guess my pet peeve wuld be shoes that make too much noise when I walk. I have a pair now that when I walk one goes click, and the other is silent, then click, then silent, then click, then silent. It finds me in a state of almost kicking the one on a wall or taking it off and beating it a couple times on the ground. And yet, I still wear them. Go figure.

people who do no longer park between the lines. It finally ends up inflicting an already constrained volume of parking areas to advance into much greater constrained whilst somebody does not park between the lines, forcing the subsequent automobile to park farther over, and the subsequent care even farther off, until you at as quickly as lose an entire automobile parking area. There are purely 2 motives i will think of of why somebody does not park between the lines. a million. they don't seem to be ready to doing it, wherein case they ought to no longer be allowed to have a driving force's license. 2. they're too selfish to care with regard to the consequence that their laziness has on anybody else, wherein case they're merely jerks. i've got observed that the worst offenders are frequently people who decrease back into parking areas (i've got on no account understood the convenience to that...the two way you park, you need to pass forward one way and decrease back the different), relatively people who decrease back into parking areas with obnoxiously great automobiles (Escalades, and so on.). I constantly examine no remember if i'm between the lines and, whether i don't be conscious that i'm no longer until i'm getting out of the automobile, i'm getting my butt decrease back interior the automobile and pass it! (are you able to tell this rather pushes my buttons? lol!)

My pet peeve is when people tell lies. I'm not just talking about the big ones, like, "No, I don't have any kids." I'm also talking about the little lies, like, "Oh, yes, that tie looks good with that shirt." I'd rather have someone tell me I look like crap before I leave my place than find out later at the restaurant, or club, or wherever.

If I was really anal, then one of my pet peeves would be people who don't use proper grammar when venting about something petty.
