Although thor couldnt kill hulk in hulk form because of his healing hulk couldnt kill thor because of his advantage of flight and could hover a couple miles over hulk laying down thunder bolts supressing hulk until he turned back into banner and then banner would have no chance
if he could stay in hulk form forever and thor used the same tactic the fight would last forever
but if he came down hulk would win because thor is only near invulnerable and hulk healing factor is better than wolverines
