I initially want to say Green Lantern but thats a tough what do you think?

Uhm, for a previous poster, they're BOTH good guys.
Anyway.
I have to agree. If it were Hal Jordan wearin' the ring, then look out, Parker! You about to be squished by a gigantic green flyswatter!
Anyone else as the Green Lantern - it'd be closer, but I'm sure they would be able to stop the wallcrawler - that ring is just too powerful.

Green Lantern, as he can shoot a kryptonite ray from his ring, and weaken Spiderman,... uh... ooops, sorry, that would be Superman. Hmmm, Spiderman could clog up GL's ring with his webbing. So, maybe Spiderman could whip Green Lantern, but, I'd hate to see that, since I am a fan of Hal Jordan, Green Lantern.
( BTW, I know GL ring does not shoot Kryptonite rays, it was a joke.)

Green Lantern because he has the power of his ring, while Spiderman just has the powers of a spider.

Spiderman is tough, but Green Lantern can attack at a much greater distance, and he can fly. No contest.

If you mean Hal Jordan as GL, then there's no question, he'd just form a big, green flyswatter and and smush Aunt May's favorite up side the Daily Bugle building, right below J. Jonah Jameson's window. If you mean that woosinoid substitute, Kyle, well, ... then we're refferring to someone who's got worse personal problems than Peter Parker. I mean, that guy'd spend too much time worrying about whether or not he's gonna get visitation rights to his kid to put up a decent fight.

Green Lantern would simpley trap spider man in a bubble and let the air run out.. spidey couldn't get out of the bubble.and be knocked out do ta no air !!! ..
All while Green Lantern is sitting in a lawn chair sipping gin and juice .. lay back !!!!!!!

Normally, you would think the hulk would be the winner. But wally west has his infinite mass punch and the ability to steal speed (kinetic energy, motion, and momentum) from people. Batman was able to plan ways to kill the justice league just in case they became dangerous. I would say any one of these three could come out on top.
