wash with anti bacterial soap and then put a dap of toothpaste on it. Do not TOUCH IT until morning. Wash again and then put a dab of moisterizer on it and then apply your makeup. DO NOT MESS WITH IT! DO NOT SQUEEZE-it is too late!

Leave it alone, try a facial astringent/toner to dry it up a bit. Even rubbing alchol works in a crunch.
And say a small prayer! Heh.

Use this stuff called zapzit. It dries out the pimple and it should go away pretty quickly.
