Because humans have the capability of being creative. The mental health communities are targeting creative people to help maintain and/or improve there client bass. If one ever had the opportunity to observe a brain storming session with a group very creative people, they probably would appear Manic, schizo and/or psychotic. Many under educated social workers will react to a person that says something creative by asking if they are taking there medications. So, the next time you see someone that appears "crazy" make them your Friend. They could be your source to wealth and prosperity.

That may not be 100 percent true, because I'm sure there are people out there that are not that smart that have mental illness, so in their case, it is probably brain synapse' not functioning, or something to that effect.
