Love or hate Saddam at least it was a stable government. Something Iraq has not had a long history of.....in 20 years I see them to the point of starting over again, civil war, violent internal conflict. There are to many factions with vastly different agendas for the current psuedo-democratic government to survive

I think it will in the next 5 years learn to support itself and fight against insurgents without the help of the US or other countries. In 20 years i believe Iraq will be more developed, less segregated, and maybe they can start to rebuild bagdad and give their citizens a better life without war.

Tribal..much like now. It hasn't changed in the past 4000 years, 20 more won't make that much difference. Only the level of violence and the ability to do damage escalates.
