You broke Explorer when you ran the moldy cheese through your printer. (Don't think that the office will pay to replace it either!!)
Do what Lynexxe suggested - it'll fix the problem. Don't know what you're going to do to fix the printer.

once after you get a explorer that is small in size... resize it or maximize it and then close it... continue this for a few times(or restart after doing this) and after restart you will get the explorer size as wanted...

Try this: Maximize it. When you go to shut it down, hold the Ctrl key while you X it out. I was told this makes it 'remember'.

Try resizing it with the arrows, then click the maximize button, then click the button again.

Maximize it, click on "File", then click on "Close"
When you restart IE, it should be maximized.

start-----All Programms--------Internet Explorer
and then right-click on it and then go to properties. and then go to where it says RUN IN...... choose Maximised
