On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 6. It had some surprising moments, but it wasn't very scary. Although, one scene did have me rolling in the floor laughing, if you watch it, you'll know what i'm talking about.

well i just watched it 3 days ago and i wasn't scared. the movie actually wasnt what i expected. it was mostly the trial and there are some flashbacks of emily rose. however i would recomend watching it with people, just in case you get scared. but its just mostly creepy.

the movie itself did not really scare me but the thought that things like that can happen in real life put more of a scare factor than anything else. :)
