The friction between the two will more likely cause it to break.
I'd be safe, and use one. BTW: Condoms don't protect you against many std's today...the ones you can contract from just skin-to-skin contact. Always be aware of the risks...hopefully the person is worth it.

It should probably work out if you change them when they need to be. That will make it more safe.
