His administration has been the pinnacle of excellence in demonstrating to future administrations of what not to do. He has also shown how best to avoid addressing the problems that it is his job to address, and how to convince the public that he is doing the best he can under crummy circumstances, even if he created those circumstances.

3. Conned a country into going to war for WMD
4. Conned the country into re-electing him because Chemical weapon dump was found
5. Colin Powell figures out he has been pimped by Bush and the Republicans and resigns into Rebulican relocation program with JC Watts.
6. Bush Finds him a true Rupublican Hoe in Condaskeeza Rice and the minorities are satisfied until she opens her mouth.
7. Seized full control over Bushland aka Iraq
8. Hoodwinked the Senate and the House into giving the contract to rebuild Irac to Halibutron(ex-Vice Pres John Chaney)
9. Hurricane Katrina Hits shuts down refinerys and triples gas prices.
10. Only thing Halibutron rebuilds is the oil pumps and now pumping oil and shipping to refineries that are shut down.
11. Justify why more troops are needed to protect Iraq citizens(the oil pipelines and oil workers)
12. The whole crime spree ends in lower approval rating that mean less that rating system for movies, because he can't run for president again and he retires richer than Warren Buffett the 2nd richest man in the world. Leaving Condaskeeza Rice to the blame because presidents have Diplomatic Immunity.

2. Iraq has been liberated from one of history's most brutal dictators.
3. Three major tax cuts
4. Growth in our economy
5. Largest increase in spending for existing social programs of any president to date.
6. Brought respect back to the position of President.
7. He brought more minorities into his cabinet than any other president.
8. He is a man of his word.
These are just off the top of my head and don't feel like going into further research. I'm sure there is much more.
