It's much more likely that Earth will be completely lifeless in 100 million years. At the exponential rate that resources are being used, its only a matter of time before humans will be forced to leave the planet or die out.

But if we survived, then humans themselves would probably not evolve much. We are already at a high point and are extremely adaptable as it is, so, there isn't much evolution to be done, IMO.

It is impossible to say, because we do not know all the factors which could potentially infulence the evolution of the various organisms on earth. However it is unlikely it will look anything like it looks today.

The cockroaches will have evolved into an intelligent series after us so called intelligent apes have finished destroying each other and everything around us.

All of us will quote "evolve" unquote into small sponge-sized creatures who have to slither around everywhere, like some sort of amphibious dolphin.
