Is it possible to watch it with an " Open Mind" ?

That's funny. My mom calls it that too. It's called "Brokeback Mountain," since they don't have broken backs on a mountain, it's the name of the mountain. I have not seen it, but my friend did and, unless you are not a homophob and are completely okay with seeing two guys kiss and have sex, then I don't think you will have any trouble watching it with an open mind since it seems to be a good movie according to critics.

It is "Brokeback Mountain ". Yes , it is possible to watch it with an open mind. It is very well done and in a tasteful manner. Not at all obscene . When the film ended , even men sitting with their wives , were getting out the kleenex to wipe their eyes .It is a sensitive and interesting picture .

I have seen the movie and liked it even though I did not have much of an open mind in the beginning.

Yes it's possible to watch wit and open mind. U don't have to be gay to watch that movie. I watched that movie and I loved it. It's really a sad movie.

There is just something wrong when the one all American character like a cowboy is portrayed as gay in a movie.I'm sure it has happened but lets leave this one American Idol we have along!Will never watch this movie!

I saw it. it was sad and yes you have to see it with an open mind. the plot of the movie is very well written.

i saw it because i didnt know what it was about and my sister was like "dont worry about the plot, jsut come see it with me" so i saw it and it may have changed my life
you can watch it with an open mind, if you have one and r willing to use it

I saw BROKE back mountain--hated it. Not because I"m closed minded... just thought it was stupid.

I have no desire to see that movie, it sounds stupid.So there is gay cowboys, who cares! There are gay people in every walk of life, so are we suppose to be shocked that there are gay cowboys? Back in the old days there was almost nothing but cowboys, don't you think there were gay people back then? UMMMM, YES!
