I'm not quite sure how to answer your question but I will try. I didn't feel like I was an adult until I was in my 40's. I married at 18 to my childhood sweetheart and started a family almost immediately. The only dreams I had were to be the best wife and mother that I could be. And somewhere in that process I lost sight of me. I was so busy with everyone else life that until the last child left (4) I didn't realize that I could have a life outside of my family. Now in my early 50's I want to do everything! Life is short and we only get this one chance to do it right, mistakes will happen, get over them quickly and move on. Live and love hard. Not in a non-productive way but in such a way that you are leaving a legacy. Count each moment as precious because once gone you can't get it back. You're young, don't worry about adult status, experience life! Travel, set new goals, design new dreams. Need help? Seek the Lord's counsel. He will show you the way. A truer friend you'll never find. Make up your mind to make-over yourself inside and out. Godspeed.

Just because you are 20 or 21 does not make you a adult. A true adult goes to school or work each day and does both the best he can. A true adult takes care to be the best person he can be. I know some "adults" who are 40 who don't follow these rules. So it is more then age that makes you a adult. I hope this helped you .

Being an adult is taking responsibility for your own self, in the way you live and educate yourself. yes you have seen alot of changes at 20 but trust me this is only the beginning. you still have career ambitions that will come and go, relationships, children, family. The older you get the less friends you seem to have. let things just happen. you will get new hopes and dreams, they are just different, and as time goes on your hopes and dreams affect others, and you consider others before you act on your dreams. do not stress it because dreams will come your way.

Being an adult means accepting the personal responsibility of bringing order out of the chaos that is directly associated with your life. This applies to everything from mowing the lawn, to being politically involved. It means you make the decisions that will ultimately lead to healthy relationships, a good career, and your own happiness.
That is what childhood is for; to prepare you for this responsibility.

An adult is a person who may have many obstacles. An adult is a person that has bills, bills and more bills. You are still young and trust me you will have more dreams and lots of fun somewhere down the road. Dreams are shared and shattered everyday but we must mend our hearts and minds and keep the faith. Keep your head up.

Being,an adult means you are responsible for your actions in society.Age is just a number & mine is unlisted. I am 47 years old,but I feel much younger. Life is what you make it. You can make your own utopia if you want to.Go for what you want in life, enjoy your hobbies, join groups etc. It will come to you.

It means nothing really. you'll still feel young in your 20s, 30,s and so on. Enjoy today, let tomorrow take care of itself. Somwhere along the line you'll see things differntly, just don't be in any rush.

to be an adult is to be matured... the power to create choices and decisions... the ability to be independent and live life to the fullest... the capability to dream and make it happen.
