How can the American legal system, which is so devoted to protecting individual rights, justify itself morally if it jeopardizes, through its own rules, the right of law-abiding citizens to personal peace and security?

I have been working 14hrs a day for the last 3 weeks i have had no days off. for some reason i can not find any information can someone help me find a website please

first of all there is an old biblical saying " The road to Hell is paved with good intention" Midas 2:42 The original people that wrote that statement wrote it with good intention at the time, but things evolve over time. Over 250 years of lawyers and politicians bending and contorting the law for their own personal benefit and gain the constitution and the bill of right have been reduced to the worth of words on toilet paper.
The new bill of right should read by the people who can afford it, if you can't you have no rights.

maybe it is a case of unintended consequence? while you intend to correct or uphold one issues you create another that is questionable.
that is giving one credit for doing "the right" thing and unintentionally creating an adverse effect. HOWEVER,
there are those that do a very clever job at accomplishing their hidden agendas which are always self-serving.

a real good example of this is the tobacco industry.

this is a moral question so just say how it feels that it is helping citizen security, and a slight sacrifice of personal peace is necessary to keep our country safe...
