imagine someone who has a lisp trynna say that they have a "lisp".

Yeah they should just call it a lithp.

but someone who has a lisp wouldnt say "i have a lisp" so s/he would probably never have to use that word

Coz if they say "lips", then they can get away with it by just saying "lip".
But the "cruel" people decided that no "lisp" can get away by saying the actual word, "lisp"!!!!

what about the persons who're dyslexic! spell that infant! My fav it is a touch gross yet whats up that's me is once you've thrown a sickie at artwork and also you positioned down the most obtrusive component and it really is the most confusing to spell....convinced indeedy diarrhoea.....what a sh*t to spell. xx ( sorry in case you've been eating once you examine this )
