He is not ugly he's cute, but now a days girls go by hair style, body, and how they dress, I suggest that maybe he trys a new hair style like spikes, maybe bleaching his tips, kinda pluck the eyebrows in the middle and combing up the rest and trimming them . I,m not sure how he dresses, or for that matter what the style is if you leave out of California, So you'll have to be the judge of that. But it's amazing what hair & clothes can do. I wish him all the best.

I wouldn't say he's ugly. He's only 18 so he will probably grow into his looks a bit more. I imagine his face will mature dramatically over the next 4 years. It seems like forever i know, but til then all he can do is be happy and proud of the person he is. It is what's on the inside that counts. I'd rather be in his company if he is a really nice, funny and warm person than some hunk who has the personality of a brick.

Your friend is definately not bad looking. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't agree with the people who judge based on looks. If he is outgoing he should be able to find someone based on personality. I have been married to my husband for 11 years and I NEVER thought he was even close to "cute", but he is a good man, a supportive husband, and a caring father. What more could a woman ask for. Just tell your friend to be true to himself and the chicks will come!

No he is not ugly, he is kinda cute. Looks are not everything as you will find out as you mature. If he has trouble getting a girlfriend it maybe because he is not confident in himself. Or he maybe too shy to open up to girls. This too will change as he matures. Till then introduce him to all of your female friends and let it go slowly, till they learn his personality, given time even the slow bloomer will have success.

your friend is not ugly except for that giant single eyebrow going straight across his entire head. looks like a muppet. my advice... get some eyebrow trimmers
