The hippy movement centered in San Fransisco and the homosexual embraced the Hippy movement due to the free love thing. and the fact the many Hippies did not judge the homosexuals, so San Fransisco became the gay mecca by default as the hippies moved on to live their lives and grew up the homosexuals stayed. Because hippies where a fad and Homosexuals are just the way that God made them.

... the beetles visited GOA INDIA using the excuse about "spirituals things" , rock and roll, war and drogs after this they opened the doors with the free expression or other people called this "hippies".
