"Do you know who is richest Ma n of all time?" He is Soloman!!?
I read from a book, but forget its name. Its says that if you wanted to convert Solomon's gold, treasures, temple and everything he had, he would have been worth 5000 billions. Ten times richer than the present day Bill Gates. This is something to ponder about.

The richest man of all time! You say King Solomon! In terms of the world he might have been. And the book is the Holy Bible.
I think anyone who is rich in spirit ( Filled with Holy Spirit of God)
And been forgiven of there sins by asking Christ in to their life, is richer than King Solomon or any other wealthy nut job.

Hello dear!
The richest man was Socrates! HE was claiming he was having more than enough, all the time!
Solomon and others are striving because what they have is not enough for them, thus they are not rich!
Even if we take the wealth in absolute financial measures, Solomon was just a poor bastard who killed his own son in order to remain in the throne! Also, his land was much smaller than today's Palestine or Israel. While Alexandre's empire was from Greece and Albania to Lybia, to India, to Central Asia! And he did not want to own anything! He did not need personal belongings, he owned everything!

Assuming the bible didn't fudge the facts.

Great historical figures develop mythologies around themselves among illiterate people after their deaths.

Consider Charlemagne, he was on the throne for 43 years, but the legends of the common folk would have one believe he ruled for a century. The legends say he had white hair and a long beard when he died, he was bald and beardless in reality.
Popular myth also completely ignored the facts about his birth and early life, instead substituting a pious mythology for a man who was something of a heller.

Bear in mind the parts of the bible that refer to him (Soloman)were written roughly 500yrs after he lived, plenty of time for the illiterates to embroider upon factual history.

The story about Solomon would either be in Ist and 2nd Kings or 1st and 2nd Chronicles or 1st and 2nd Samuel, or theres's a slight chance it's in Genesis. Anyhows, go to one of the online sources of Strong's Exhaustive Concordance and look it up.

Yea, he had a large/massive amount of treasures. It may even list them all. And yes, that would give us his value. Come back and tell me if you find out.

That book would be the Bible, though it'd take a lot of calculation to get to an actual figure.
