If the jogger is wearing or carrying his walkman, than yes, he can hear it, because the walkman would also be traveling at the speed of sound...
If the jogger left his walkman at home, he would not be able to hear it. By the time he realized he'd left it at home, he'd be millions of miles away... and he'd better hope there's a Wal-mart where he ends up, or he'll have to jog all the way home to get his walkman.

... this is a GREAT question[ i think] you should ask to the" whiz kids" [ ok , geeks] over at the "science dept"..... i gotta say yes cause traveling in a plane at the speed of sound you can still talk with the co pilot... i know this though...the joggers bones couldnt handel the stress and he would fall apart
