I wouldn't waste the money on it. Oh and newegg doesn't sell P2 motherboards, only P3 and up. So don't waste your time searching through her link to newegg on this one. She didn't even check it when she made the link, there's no motherboards on the page she left you.

Check tigerdirect.com, but may I suggest instead of buying, if you can get one, that out dated MB, look into a P4 or Celeron. You can buy a bundle, which would get you a new CPU and MB relatively cheap. If your going to go to the trouble of rebuilding a PC then upgrade.
