I have a friend shes wonderfull person shes been lied to and cheated on before I want to show her that not all guys are like that I want to show her a real good time NO SEX involved could anyone give me advice specially girls what would be a good first date with her I want her to remember it and maybe we could be more than friends and again NOSEX involve

Well for a first date, just be sure that its really fun for her. Know what she really likes to do. Do whatever you know she likes surprise her with it.

You should go to a place wherein you will have a common interest (for example both of you likes watching a movie).Then a good communication will be the key for your friend remember it and for you to have an opportunity to take your friendship to the next level. (and ehem.. NOSEX involved ;) consider building a long term relationship)
For you to prove that her generalization about guys are wrong, you should set yourself as a good example by being mister right.

i think u should take your friend for a nice funny movie and then maybe both of u can have dinner at your place or hers u can make her favourite dishes all by yourself (do not order frm a hotel or get those readymade packets u jus have to put in an oven cut the vegetables or marinate the chicken/fish all by yourself)
get her a box of her favourite chocolates then after dinner maybe u would like to take her 4 a nice long walk n u guys can have ice cream on the way and let her talk ressure her n let her know that whatever happens u will always be there 4 her

Find out what she really likes and then go for it. That is great no sex at all. Not too many can say that. Many men like sex on the first date. A real gentleman should be kind and considerate to the lady on the first date.
But be careful on future dates because probably lady will get laid for sure.

the best way to show her is with actions, not alot of words she has probably already heard! and you are smart at this juncture to leave sex out of the equasion.....women need time and they need to be stroked, made to feel important, pretty, smart, and needed, not just for sex, but as a valuable human being....sex is kind of like icing on a cake, but you must have the cake first, the foundation, or the icing gets a bit too sweet and you fill up quickly, kind of a strange description, but true. a good first date should be simple, like a nice dinner, a movie, a drive by a lake, taking a walk and holding hands, do something she enjoys and most importantly, which most men fail to do, is listen to HER! you will gain insight if you LISTEN! keep your touch light, like an arm around her, hold her hand, touch her neck, but keep it easy or she might feel pressure from you, know what i mean? women do like a man with a slow hand and a gentle touch.....

I always thought the perfect date would be a guy makes dinner and we sit out under the stars on a blanket and eat dinner and talk, about deep things.

Take her some candy & flowers. Take her out to eat (not to expensive) then to a concert or movie or something you both like..Treat her like someone special that you enjoy being with.. If she sees no hand fighting she will feel you are special to. Good luck to both of you.

the best thing to do is to just dont make it a date. Just say " Hey lets hang out together. " You could do that all day long. Go for a walk on the beach. The best thing is to just listen to her talk. Women love a man who will just listen to her. We dont want you to fix the problem, we just want to vent. Be her best friend and in return she will be your best friend. Please remember you need to be patient.

i got the same prob but i know how to fix it go to the movies at about noon ask her what SHE wants to see the night b4 and then go to the beach stay there as long as it takes but keep her entertaind...she gets bord then ur in trouble...take her home just b4 sunset and im sure the words will come to your mind by that time of exactly what she wants you to say

Well what does she like as far as going out on dates? Like does she like movies, or what kind of other things. show her that you really truly care and then see what happens.
