casue if you put it in, and its too small, it looks grany and blurry.

Any picture if its small and you try to blow it up, then it wont look as nice because you are stretching out the pixels.

You will need a pretty decent sized picture, but you can definitely use the "stretch" option under your desktop background menu in Windows to completely cover your Windows background. If you have a 10X10 picuture, but youre trying to blow it up to 100X100, there will not be any programs that will make that picture look good. Its like a shirt with a small picture. If you try to stretch out the shirt and it goes from small to EXTRA large, then the picture on it wont be clear. Its the same concept.
