It may sound silly but I'v dreamed of getting married since I was 5 years old I always played house with the girls in grade school I never played with the boys. I always wait long enough to go through the marriage counceling 6 months tops. I don't like to wait any longer then I have to and I'm a guy go figure.

One year and seven months. He mentioned marriage on our first date, but I didn't think he was doing anything more than talking (although I wanted that!!). Turns out he was totally serious. He proposed the day after Valentine's Day a year after we went on our first date. We got married 3 months later and moved away the month after that. That was all last summer. I wouldn't change a thing!
