My eyes are very sensitive and Mascara and eyeliner irriate my eyes. I've tried most every product out there. I am not allergic to Eyeshadow.
Any sugguestions?

Almay and Neutrogena both make excellent brands of eye makeup for those with sensitive eyes. If not, you may have to go a little more expensive and look into Clinique or Estee Lauder.

Use eyeshadow for your eyeliner. There are several brushes that are excellent for applying it.
If you can't find a mascara that works for you, rub a little petroleum jelly (Vaseline) on your lashes. They will look darker and longer.
